Adebiyi Shonubi leads Semilla International Services as Chief Executive Officer, bringing a rare combination of strategic vision, deep industry knowledge, and the proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams that deliver exceptional results on complex, high-stakes projects.
Under his leadership, Semilla has built a portfolio spanning 23+ major public and private sector projects across Nigeria, including direct engagements with NIMASA, the Niger Delta Development Commission, the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Transmission Company of Nigeria, and the Federal Ministry of Works.
Mr. Shonubi's leadership philosophy is rooted in a fundamental belief: every project deserves the same level of care, precision, and accountability that its owner would bring if managing it themselves. This ownership mindset defines Semilla's culture and sets the standard for every engagement.
